Welcome to the Fort Howard Knights Blog, we are excited about our new look, so please make yourself at home. We are a Catholic men’s orginization located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Like most Councils, we follow “Robert’s Rules of Order” during our business meetings and under “the Good of the Order” section of our meetings members have a chance to express their thoughts on various topics regarding the membership, the world in general, things that we should or should not be doing, almost anything under discussion is available. Technically, under Roberts Rules you can not have a discussion unless a motion has been made and seconded. Under Good of the Order, you can have a discussion on anything without a motion ~ so, with this in mind, we hope our blog will become a sort of “Good of the Order” blog to share our thoughts and discussions about our organization and the world at large.
The rules are simple – no slander, profanity, racism, sexism or name-calling. Violators will be deleted and we reserve the right to moderate comments, if necessary, or even shut them down. The guiding principle should be: WWJB? “What would Jesus Blog?”
